The item you are returning must not have been used. The item must be returned within 15 days of purchase and you must notify us within 3 days of recieving your item if an exchange is necessary. You need to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from us BEFORE you retrun any item for exchange. Customer pays for the shipping both ways on all exchange items.

Store Credits are valid for 1 year only.

IF YOUR RETURN ARRIVES WITH DOG HAIR, ODORS OR STAINS, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. IN ORDER TO INSURE A PROPER EXCHANGE, MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM IS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION.

You may include a pre-paid envelope for shipping the item back or we will bill your card on file and ship back to you either USPS or UPS if you do not specify your preference.

SHIPPING:

Ground Orders (UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail) orders within 4-6 business days of receiving your order. Express Orders (UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3 Day Select, USPS Express Mail) will ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. UPS Next Day Air - Orders placed before 11am (eastern time) will ship same business day. If you are having a custom made vest for your Working Dog we try to have no more than a 8 business day turnaround time. We understand how important the working dog is to their handler and we will get your order to you as soon as possible.
